  The global community struggles with handling security handicaps about  cyberattacks . Turkey is regarded as very weak because of regulatory and institutional gaps in relation to cybersecurity. Union of Arab Securities Authorities: Emerging Challenges and Opportunities

  There is widespread consensus that the Union of the Arab Securities Authorities is regarded as one of the most landmark international organizations dedicated to the improvement of capital markets of Arabic countries.  My new article on the Union of Arab Securities Authorities: Emerging Challenges and Opportunities basically provides a brief outline of the most chronic failures of the Union mechanism together with its distinctive features. The potential contribution of mapping and reforming the Union machinery is also be discussed for the development of global and regional financial integration. International Protection Status of Foreigners

                        Dr. Kutlay Telli  Foreigners face underlying challenges because of living and working conditions. Particularly, complicated administrative procedures are carried out for the acquisition of a visa, residence or work permits. Moreover, there are specific regulations dedicated to protecting aliens who do not have any conditions for such permits. The main intention of my article is to evaluate the implementation of the Turkish legal framework on international protection status of foreigners.
