Fundamental objective of the available research is to answer the question of how law can respond to the overall rise in #medicalmalpractice allegations across the country. Strength and weakness will be evaluated together to propose comprehensive contributions to the emerging aspects of the present #Turkishliabilitysystem. Embracing strategies and useful updates will be thoroughly assessed for the #fightagainstmalpractice in Turkey. It will be displayed that strengthening the concept of #accountability should be used as a functioning tool for the way forward.
