A Comprehensive Evaluation of the Admissibility Procedures of the European Court of Human Rights

  The text of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) constitutes a historic value in the field of promotion of human rights. This article mainly intends to examine the practice of the European Court of Human Rights for the admissibility stage . My new article provides a brief outline of the effectiveness of the ECHR mechanism. It will be also displayed that the compliance of an individual application into the established principles of ECHtR is the most important step in benefiting full implementation of the Convention       Dr. Kutlay Telli 

International Protection Status of Foreigners

                        Dr. Kutlay Telli  Foreigners face underlying challenges because of living and working conditions. Particularly, complicated administrative procedures are carried out for the acquisition of a visa, residence or work permits. Moreover, there are specific regulations dedicated to protecting aliens who do not have any conditions for such permits. The main intention of my article is to evaluate the implementation of the Turkish legal framework on international protection status of foreigners. In doing so, the available research will not ignore further assessments about globally recognized principles enumerated in the United Nations instruments. A Critical Analysis of the Singapore Convention

                 On 20 December 2018, the United Nations General Assembly approved a resolution prepared and submitted by the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law. My new article provides a critical analysis of the said resolution on the United Nations Convention on International Settlement Agreements Resulting from Mediation. Undoubtedly, distributor agreements play a crucial role in developing a marketing business strategy for particularly large-scale corporations. Such contracts pave the way for reaching out to new markets for foreign investors in Turkey.   What are the main legal instruments applicable to distributor contracts in Turkey? The lack of a regulation targeted at distributor agreements has been a matter of concern in Turkey.
