The global community struggles with handling security handicaps about cyberattacks . Turkey is regarded as very weak because of regulatory and institutional gaps in relation to cybersecurity. The proliferation of IT and FinTech-led tools for all sectors cause additional troubles and concerns in the field of cybersecurity . However, considering emerging threats and upcoming challenges, the Turkish Government has taken a huge step in drafting an institutional framework to combat cyberthreats .
