Handling Legal Challenges of the Work From Home
Dr. Kutlay Telli
Abstract
It becomes apparent that work from home is becoming a reality of current community life rather than of future community order. There is an urgent need to take comprehensive measures. The core aim of my new article on Handling Legal Challenges of the Work From Home (in the new volume of Journal of Labor Law and Social Security Law) is to address legal remedies and suggestions for better protection of remote workers and the recognition of their rights as well as the improvement of their working standards.
